Welcome to DaysMeet. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DaysMeet in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Service

DaysMeet is an online scheduling platform that allows users to create event types, share booking links, and manage appointments. Features include calendar integrations, payment processing, and automated notifications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit spam, phishing, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with the service's security or integrity

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

6. Paid Bookings

If you enable paid bookings, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws including tax obligations. DaysMeet acts as a payment facilitator; disputes between schedulers and invitees are the responsibility of the parties involved.

7. Intellectual Property

DaysMeet and its logo are trademarks of DaysMeet Inc. All content, software, and technology used to provide the service is owned by or licensed to DaysMeet. You retain ownership of any content you create within the platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaysMeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
