Is DaysMeet free?

Yes! DaysMeet has a generous free plan that lets you create unlimited event types and accept unlimited bookings. Paid plans unlock advanced features like team scheduling, workflows, priority support, and more.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account, connect your calendar, set your availability, and share your booking link. The whole setup takes less than 5 minutes.

Which calendar integrations are supported?

DaysMeet integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Office 365. Apple iCal sync via CalDAV is on our roadmap.

Can I accept payments for my bookings?

Yes. Enable paid bookings on any event type to collect payment via Stripe at the time of booking. DaysMeet supports all major credit/debit cards.

How do I prevent double-booking?

DaysMeet checks your connected calendar in real-time when someone books, and blocks any times that conflict with existing events. You can also set buffer times between meetings.

Can I customize the questions on my booking page?

Yes. Each event type has a customizable form where you can add text, phone, select, and checkbox questions. Mark any question as required or optional.

Do invitees need a DaysMeet account to book?

No. Invitees simply visit your public booking page and fill in their details. No sign-up required.

Can I embed my booking page on my website?

Yes. You can embed your booking page as an inline widget or a popup using our embed snippet. Find it under Settings → Developer on your dashboard.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a booking?

Every booking confirmation email contains a cancellation link with a secure token. You can also cancel or reschedule bookings from your dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive data, row-level security on our database, and regularly audit our security practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use my own custom domain?

Custom domains are available on the Business plan. Your booking page can be served from your own subdomain.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
